Get in touch
One inbox, read by the people who build and run the service. There is no ticket queue and no phone tree, which is the same reason we do not put one in front of your customers either.
We aim to reply within one working day. Include your mobile number and your network if it is about something not working — it saves a round trip, and it is the first thing we would ask for anyway.
What people usually write in about
It isn't working on my line
Tell us your mobile number, your network, and what happens when you ring it from another phone and let it ring out. That is almost always enough for us to see where the divert is going.
Billing, refunds and cancelling
You can cancel from your account at any time without emailing anyone. If something has been charged that you did not expect, send the date and we will look at the actual invoice rather than guess.
Stop texting me
If you have received an automatic text from one of our customers and would rather not again, email us the number you called from. We match it against the stored hash and delete the record. You do not need an account and we will not ask you to make one.
Press, partnerships and everything else
Same address. There is no separate sales inbox, because there is no sales team.
Before you write: a lot of setup questions are answered by the call forwarding guide for your network, and the troubleshooting guide covers the handset-specific reasons a divert code gets rejected.
