£6.49 a month.
That's the price.
One plan, one number, everything included. No setup fee, no per-text charge, no minimum term and no "contact us for pricing". If you are a sole trader with a van or a practice with a receptionist, you pay the same £6.49.

What £6.49 actually gets you
50 missed-call texts a month
A rolling month from your first text, not a calendar month. No per-text charge, and no overage: if you reach the limit, texting pauses until the cycle resets rather than quietly billing you more.
Your business name as the sender
The caller sees your business name on their screen, up to 11 characters, rather than a number they do not recognise. That is the whole reason the text works, and it is not an upgrade.
Your own message, changed whenever you like
One message, 160 characters, editable from your account. The next missed call uses the new one immediately.
Duplicate and waste protection
One text per caller every 7 days, so a repeat caller or an accidental redial does not burn your allowance. Landlines, withheld numbers and international callers are skipped, because a text to them cannot arrive.
A skip list
Family, your suppliers, your merchant, regular subcontractors. Add a number and it never receives an automatic text.
A real test call before you pay
Set up forwarding, ring your own number, let it ring out and watch the text arrive. That happens inside the trial, so you find out whether it works on your line before any money moves.
The maths
What it has to save to be worth it
£6.49 a month is £77.88 a year. Most trades quote a call-out somewhere in the low hundreds. So the service pays for itself for a year the first time it keeps one caller from ringing the next name on the list — and it does not have to be a big job for the sum to work.
The awkward part of that argument is that you cannot see the jobs you are currently losing. A missed call with no voicemail leaves a number in your log and nothing else. That is exactly why the trial exists: for 7 days you get to watch what happens to the calls you do not answer, before deciding whether it is worth £6.49.
Compared with the alternatives
The honest comparison is not against nothing — it is against what you are doing now. Each of these goes through where the alternative genuinely wins as well as where it does not.

Voicemail is the default on every UK network and it costs nothing, which is exactly why most businesses never question it. The pro...

Pricing questions
£6.49 a month, including 50 missed-call texts. That is the only price. There is no setup fee, no per-text charge and no annual tier — the number you see is the number on the card.
Yes. The trial runs for 7 days and includes 5 texts, which is enough to set forwarding up and prove it works with real calls. We collect card details when you start so the subscription can continue without an interruption, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you are not charged at all.
The subscription starts at £6.49 a month and your allowance goes from 5 texts to 50. You get an email before that happens, not after.
No. It is a rolling monthly subscription. Cancel from your account at any time and it runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. There is no notice period and no exit fee.
Texting pauses until your cycle resets. You are never billed for going over, because there is nothing to bill — the limit is a limit, not a threshold with a price behind it. If you consistently need more, email us.
That is between you and your network, not us. A forwarded call is billed by the operator like a call you made to the destination, so depending on your tariff it may come out of your inclusive minutes. Because we reject the call the instant it arrives rather than answering it, the forwarded leg lasts a moment. See the guide on what call forwarding costs in the UK for the detail.
No. It runs on the mobile number you already have, on your existing handset, with no app installed. The only thing that changes is where unanswered calls go.
Two things, and both take a moment. Cancel the subscription from your account, then use the matching switch-off code shown for your carrier and phone setup. Neither needs to go through us.
